GEORGIANS EXPERIENCE MARDI GRAS

ika 2010 189 2

In February, a group of five Georgians studying the American electoral process came to New Orleans during municipal elections.  The group was perhaps the luckiest all year: they were able to experience historic elections, Mardi Gras, and the Saints winning the Superbowl in the same weekend!
