As a member of the NOCDC, you can actively participate in the myriad of volunteer opportunities available for personal, professional and cultural exchange with international visitors coming to our area. Whether you are a business professional, homemaker, soccer mom, retiree, graduate student or career volunteer, this is the way for you to help us make our world just a little smaller.

Volunteer opportunities available to
NOCDC members:

Host a visitor for lunch or dinner in your home or at a restaurant
Take a visitor sightseeing
Escort a visitor to his/her professional appointments
Arrange an itinerary of professional meetings for visitors
Meet visitors in a professional setting to exchange ideas about common areas of expertise
Develop long-term personal and professional friendships with people around the world

NOCDC is funded by TAX DEDUCTIBLE dues, contributions from its members, corporate sponsors, and grants from the U.S. State Department International Visitor Program and the National Council for International Visitors (NCIV).

Internship Opportunities

NOCDC offers internships to university graduate students majoring in International Relations, Political Science, Communications, Non-Profit Management or related fields. More Information.
